Refund policy

At SYIN & SYRAH, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. We encourage customers to review our size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date your order is successfully delivered.

Requests received after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

You received the wrong product.
You received the wrong size compared to what was ordered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product arrived damaged during transit.

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our Quality Team.

3. Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.

We offer one-time size exchange for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.

4. Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any other marks.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, freebies, and promotional items received with the order.
Pass our quality inspection after reaching our warehouse.

Products that fail inspection will be returned to the customer.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The request is made after 5 days of delivery.
The product has been worn or washed.
Tags have been removed.
The product has been altered in any way.
The item has been damaged due to misuse or improper care.
The product was purchased during a clearance sale, final sale, or marked as non-returnable.
The issue relates only to personal preference, including dislike of the color, design, fabric feel, or style after delivery.

6. Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes a detailed quality inspection.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the request and send the product back to the customer.

The decision of our Quality Team shall be final.

7. Return Shipping

If the return or exchange is approved:

We may arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to our return address.

The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

8. Exchange Processing

Once the returned product passes inspection:

Exchanges are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

The requested replacement product is unavailable, or
We are unable to fulfill the exchange request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's verified bank account after the required details have been provided.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Exchange Policy.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened (strongly recommended and may be required for damage claims)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.

12. Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Repeated returns or misuse of our return policy may lead to future return requests being declined.
Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and photography. Such differences are not considered defects.
Minor variations in print placement, fabric texture, or stitching are a natural part of garment manufacturing and do not qualify as defects.
