Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Within India
Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
From time to time, SYIN & SYRAH may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
Shipping confirmation
Tracking number
Courier partner details
You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
The customer is unavailable
The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
The package is refused by the customer
the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
SYIN & SYRAH cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please double-check your address before placing an order.
7. Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Government restrictions
Natural disasters
High shipping volumes
Courier operational delays
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged during delivery:
Take photographs of the package before opening it.
Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
9. Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost in transit:
Please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.
If the package is officially declared lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
10. International Shipping
At present, SYIN & SYRAH primarily ships within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future. Updates will be announced on our website.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.
SYIN & SYRAH reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, products, or order values without prior notice.

We currently do not deliver to certain remote or restricted locations where courier services are unavailable.
If your address falls within a non-serviceable area, our support team will contact you regarding your order.
13. Responsibility After Delivery
Once the courier partner marks the shipment as successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
